First published in 1996, this 140-page handbook was the first of its kind -- a quick hands-on reference for ALL North American lure coursing, amateur flat and oval racing, and open field coursing performance events for sighthounds. It progressed through five reprints, then was completely revamped into the 650-page reference manual, Sighthounds Afield in 2004.
Readers who enjoyed the smaller format of the first handbook, with its lay-flat comb binding and laminated covers can once again enjoy the same quick reference guide in Running Sighthounds - A Guide for Beginners (2010).
